All donations made through our website or affiliated channels are considered final and voluntary. Refunds are not typically issued once a transaction has been completed.
2. Refund Requests

- You donated an incorrect amount by mistake
- You made a duplicate donation due to a technical issue
- There was a fraudulent transaction made without your consent
To request a refund, please email us within 7 days of the transaction. Include:

- Date and amount of donation
- Transaction ID or receipt number
- Reason for the refund request
3. Refund Limitations
Refunds are only applicable to donations made directly via our website. Any donations made through third-party platforms (e.g., crowdfunding partners) must follow that platform’s refund policies.
4. Cancellation of Recurring Donations
- If you have subscribed to a recurring donation plan, you may cancel it at any time by emailing us or through your payment provider’s dashboard.
- Cancellation requests will be processed within 3–5 business days.
5. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
- Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
